Hot & Muggy!

I finally tried the Egg Mug Classic recipe not too long ago & LOVED it!!!
It was so easy & simple, not to mention delish!
The only thing I did different was that I used a wedge of Laughing Cow light garlic & herb,
instead of the plain, because that was what I had on hand.
Would definitely recommend!

So excited when I opened my email earlier this week to find that HG has done 3 more!

Sorry to be a tease again with no pic,

but totally forget to take one before they all got eaten!

Tried a version of this last night with what I had on hand.

It didn't turn out quite as good on tv . . .

but l didn't use "exactly"what they asked for in the ingredients!

It was a fairly easy fun new recipe to try--would definitely do again.

Perfect, since I had a version of all ingredients on hand.

Fun way to have breakfast for dinner.

Gotta love eggs!

Jon said they looked really good.

His wished he could have one.
