Spice Wafers Pumkpkin Ice Cream Sandwiches

Sorry none of these are my own pics, but thought I'd share this yummy creation I tried last night.

Take two of these yummy wafers.

 Add a little scoop of this pumpkin-y goodness in between each wafer.

And you get a little something like this.  Just imagine that the filling is pumpkin.
So good & so easy!
